Are your ceramics food safe and can they go in the microwave or dishwasher?
Yes! All pieces are fully food safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe. They’re made with non-toxic glazes and designed for everyday use. For extra longevity, hand washing is always a gentle option, but not required.

When will my order ship?
All ceramics are pre-made and ready to go. Orders typically ship out within 1–2 business days after purchase... Arrival time will depend on location... You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I’ll make it right.

What if my piece looks slightly different than the photos?
Each item is handmade, so slight variations in color, shape, and size are part of what makes every piece unique.

How should I care for my ceramics?
While they are durable for everyday use, avoid sudden temperature changes (like going from freezer to oven) to prevent cracking.

Do you offer custom or made-to-order pieces?
Custom work may be available from time to time. Feel free to reach out for inquiries.
